Muscular Dystrophy Association of Las Vegas

The Muscular Dystrophy Association, or MDA, is the largest nongovernmental sponsor of muscle and nerve disease research, and is funded almost entirely by individual private contributions. MDA seeks no fees from those it serves. Tens of thousands of people visit MDA’s 220 clinics and 35 MDA/ALS centers every year. MDA awards research grants to more than 300 teams of scientists and physicians worldwide.

Foundations for Independence – Cerebral Palsy of Utah

Cerebral Palsy of Utah dba Foundations for Independence is a private non-profit agency which provides services to people with disabilities. These services are made possible through our fundraising efforts. We are also a contract provider through the Division of Services for People with Disabilities. (DSPD). At Foundations for Independence (FFI) we assist individuals will a variety of disabilities:

  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Down Syndrome
  • Multiple Disabilities
  • Autism
  • Mental Retardation
  • Speech or Language Impairment
  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
  • Developmental Disability Developmental

Police Athletic League of South Salt Lake City

South Salt Lake PAL is a positive youth development organization that utilizes educational, athletic and recreational activities to:

  • Create trust and understanding between police officers and youth
  • Provide mentoring opportunities to youth
  • Connect youth with strong and positive role models in the community

  • Create and promote community partnerships and involvement

Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

The UHCC was established in 1991 with a handful of entrepreneurs who had a vision for diversity in commerce. Over the past few years, the UHCC has become an influential organization and a strong voice for the Hispanic business community in Utah. It plays a key role in coordinating and defining common goals for the relationships between business, community and government. One of the truly valuable benefits of this organization is that it provides an effective and useful forum for members and organization to share knowledge and experience with each other.

SOMOS Foundation

Somos is the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce 501 (C) 3 nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening Utah’s Latino community. The goal of the foundation is to create strong leaders that will help our community to develop and prosper economically creating leaders by giving students opportunities to get educated, mentored and connected with local leaders. Somos has already awarded over 600 Utah students with scholarships totaling over $2M in financial support. Through your financial contributions, Somos is helping students reach their full potential. Any donation small or large will have an impact on their lives.
